Empath Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Center Manager to lead our hospice team. In this role, you’ll oversee the delivery of exceptional patient- and family-centered care, ensuring satisfaction and fostering a culture of compassion, service, and excellence.

What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a hospice care team to consistently exceed patient and family expectations
Ensure patient satisfaction scores remain high and drive continuous improvement in quality initiatives
Anticipate and proactively address potential issues, intervening to prevent complaints and resolve challenges effectively
Foster a culture of compassion, dignity, and meaningful patient/family experiences
Manage daily operations, staffing, and care delivery while supporting shared on-call responsibilities
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to refine services and align care with patient and family needs
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent education/experience; Master’s degree in a core hospice discipline preferred
1–2 years of related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
Minimum 2 years hospice experience; management experience preferred
7–10 years of total experience in related healthcare discipline
Active Florida RN license and CPR certification (American Red Cross or AHA)
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills (successful completion of critical thinking assessment required)
Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance
