Empath Health is seeking a detail-oriented, process-focused Quality Improvement Specialist in West Palm Beach, FL to help advance our commitment to exceptional care through data-driven insights, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Hospice and Palliative Care quality measures, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Experience with auditing, data analysis, creating powerful presentations and ability to facilitate performance improvement projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor, analyze, and report Hospice and Palliative Care quality measures to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct audits, compliance reviews, and performance improvement projects in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Support the development, implementation, and tracking of corrective action plans to ensure sustainable improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge of current regulations and standards, ensuring organizational compliance with federal, state, and accrediting bodies.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous learning.

Position Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing , Medical Social Work , Healthcare Administration,  or related field
  • Knowledge of Hospice and Palliative care processes and quality measures
  • 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, medical, compliance, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (e.g., PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; experience with quality management software a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
