The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of healthcare quality measures, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Experience with auditing, compliance reviews, and data analysis, paired with a passion for improving systems, is highly valued.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on quality metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct audits, compliance reviews, and performance improvement projects in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Support the development, implementation, and tracking of corrective action plans to ensure sustainable improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge of current regulations and standards, ensuring organizational compliance with federal, state, and accrediting bodies.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous learning.

Position Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, compliance, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (e.g., PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting; experience with quality management software a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
