Quality Experience Advocate

The Quality Experience Advocate:

  • Assures the confidentiality, security, and integrity of protected healthcare information in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrates compassionate active listening skills customer service using the HEART method
  • Collect and gather feedback from patients, families, caregivers, participants and customers
  • Communication with complainants acknowledging their concerns and obtaining further information as needed
  • Provides follow communication with complainant upon completion of investigation
  • Work collaboratively with teams to effectively improve quality and promote service excellence
  • Alert quality leadership of trends
  • Back up for quality feedback platform
  • Provide administrative support for collaborative calls.
  • Enter survey data/ comments into feedback platform
  • Demonstrates resilience in the face of constraints, frustrations or adversity
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Education and/or Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ active customer care experience in the healthcare field
  • Strong customer advocate committed to enhancement of quality and service excellence
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
  • Ability to work collaboratively with and through others to achieve desired results
  • Proficient in use of organization’s hardware & software (Windows, Word, Access, Excell, Power Point, etc.)
