Talent Acquisition Partner (Healthcare Recruiter)

Empath Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner with 3-5 years of healthcare recruiting experience to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This is a remote role, but candidates must reside in Florida to attend in-person career fairs and recruiting events as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of healthcare roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build strong pipelines of qualified healthcare professionals through creative sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and community outreach.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, hiring events, and other recruitment initiatives throughout Florida.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to drive a consistent and efficient hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare (hospice, home health, skilled nursing, or hospital recruiting preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly collaborative with a virtual team.
- Must reside in Florida and be able to travel occasionally for recruiting events.
