Director PACE Programs

- Strategic Leadership & Oversight
- Provide executive-level leadership for all operational, clinical, and administrative functions within assigned PACE center(s).
- Ensure alignment with organizational vision and strategic goals, driving performance outcomes across quality, satisfaction, and financial metrics.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including adult day center (ADC) readiness, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, cleanliness, safety, and equipment adequacy.
- Drive the implementation of standardized workflows, quality protocols, and best practices across centers in collaboration with peer Program Directors.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Cultivate a high-performing, mission-driven culture by leading with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to equity and inclusion.
- Achieve and exceed benchmarks in employee engagement, development, and retention; address performance gaps and foster accountability.
- Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure audit readiness and maintain compliance with federal, state, and accrediting body requirements.
- Champion continuous quality improvement initiatives and guide interdisciplinary teams toward excellence in clinical outcomes and participant satisfaction.
- Financial & Census Management
- Co-develop and manage the center’s annual budget; ensure performance against census, revenue, and utilization targets.
- Optimize resource allocation and cost containment without compromising care quality.
- Community Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as a key liaison with external stakeholders, including payers, providers, community organizations, and regulatory agencies.
- Represent the organization in contract negotiations, strategic partnerships, and public-facing initiatives that enhance visibility and influence.
- Program Growth & Development
- Contribute to market growth by supporting enrollment initiatives and program expansion strategies.
- Leverage data analytics and community feedback to inform service enhancements and innovation.
- Other duties as assigned to support the success and evolution of the PACE model and Full Life Care’s mission.
Position Qualifications / Requirements:
- Education and/or Experience –
- Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, nursing, public health, social work or related health/human services field preferred. Master’s degree preferred. Professional license and/or certification preferred.
- Previous experience in PACE Management preferred.
- For individuals with an advanced degree, a minimum of four (4) years of experience is required as a manager or administrator in a human and/or health care services operation, preferably serving the aging population.
- Employee must sign a Business Protection Agreement.

Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of geriatric care, home- and community-based services, and the interdisciplinary care model.
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations, risk-based payment models, and managed care principles.
- Strong budget development, financial management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead through change, resolve conflict, and build consensus across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in performance improvement methodologies, strategic planning, and systems thinking.
- High degree of professional accountability and ethical leadership.
