Director of Talent Acquisition

The Director of Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee the Talent Acquisition end-to-end process
  • Develop appropriate marketing strategies and develop service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle 
  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
  • Use data and feedback to identify areas where the recruitment process can be improved
  • Serve as an execution partner for TA Analytics, informing process design, supporting implementations, and driving ongoing service level performance
  • Gathers, organizes, and interprets statistical data from the Applicant Tracking System to provide reports to, and answer questions from senior leadership
  • Lead the effort to manage the contingent labor program. Supervise 3rd party vendor, track metrics of performance, and drive continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborates with senior executives to support growth plans for the organization
  • Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the departments operating budget
  • Adhere to all employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

 Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Oversees Talent Acquistion Team operations and the daily workflow of the department

Required Skills/Abilities:

  •  Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  •  Ability to design and implement full-cycle performance management programs.

Education and Experience:

  1. 10+ years of broad Talent Acquisition experience, Healthcare industry experience preferred
  2. Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
