Medical Services Manager

The Medical Services Manager:

  • Serve as a member of the EPIC leadership team to assist in the guidance of EPIC’s Strategic Plan and work in collaboration with executive peers to achieve the strategic and operational objectives of
  • Work with Empath Health credentialing department to ensure that EPIC Medical Care staff and insurance contracts are current and licensed appropriately.
  • Provide Primary Care, Infectious Disease Care and Sexual Health Services to members of the community.
  • Attend Ryan White Committee Meetings as needed.
  • Act as the liaison between other area HIV care clinics and EPIC Medical Care services to ensure that patient needs are being met.

Position Qualifications/Requirements

  • MD, DO, or APRN from an accredited institution.
  • Knowledge and experience in 340B program.
  • Minimum of five (5) years post graduate experience in medical practice
  • Experience in medical staff management.
  • Intermediate computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel or comparable programs
  • Valid license to practice medicine is required
    • If valid license is from another state, MSD is required to make full efforts to obtain a Florida license within 6 months of hire.

Valid Florida driver's license and automobile insurance as per agency policies are required
