We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Healthcare Manager to lead our dedicated team of approximately 25 skilled medical professionals and caregivers at our South County Care Center. This center is located in a beautiful setting in southern Pinellas County. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and seasoned RN Registered Nurse to lead a dedicated team of hospice caregivers and truly make a difference in the community. Job Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Manager you will manage the day-to-day functions of a staff of 25+ medical professionals and caregivers.

Other responsibilities of the Nursing Management role include:

• Administering fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, establishing rates for services and coordinating financial reporting
• Supervising and evaluating work activities of staff
• Maintaining communication between governing boards, medical staff and department heads
• Planning and administering programs and services
• Directing recruitment, hiring and training of personnel
• Establishing work schedules and assignments for staff
• Maintaining awareness of advances in medicine and treatment

Job Requirements

As a Healthcare Manager with Suncoast Hospice you must be compassionate, loyal, motivated and interested in serving your community. We are seeking an RN Registered Nurse, preferably with previous management experience in the healthcare industry.

As a Healthcare Manager with Suncoast Hospice you must be compassionate, loyal, motivated and interested in serving your community.

Other requirements of the Management role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field
• Master’s degree in one of the core disciplines of hospice, preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in hospice care
• 7 – 10 years of work experience in healthcare, hospitality or a related field
• Previous Management experience, preferred
• Current licensure if applicable
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform tasks and responsibilities in a timely and appropriate fashion
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile insurance
• Must successfully complete critical thinking skills assessment
