Empath Health is searching for a great Center Manager to oversee one of our PACE locations (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) which provides comprehensive medical and social services that allow seniors to remain safe and independent in their communities. What You’ll Do

As a PACE Center Manager, you will oversee daily center operations—including the day center, clinic, and home care services—ensuring a high standard of care and compliance with all regulations. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will:

  • Lead and supervise day center staff, CNAs, and other assigned team members.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary care planning, family meetings, and participant support services.
  • Manage staff hiring, onboarding, scheduling, evaluations, and performance management.
  • Partner with leadership to oversee budgets, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Act as liaison between PACE disciplines, departments, external providers, and families.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences preferred; OR 5–7 years management experience in a high-volume healthcare setting.
  • 2–3 years of progressive leadership experience required.
  • Florida RN license and CPR certification strongly preferred (if nursing background).
  • Knowledge of the physical, mental, and social needs of older adults.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in quality/compliance or managed care/capitated programs.
  • Professional background in Nursing, Social Work, Therapy, Dietetics, Gerontology, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive quality outcomes.
