Creative Services Manager

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, video production, graphic design, photography, digital marketing or related field required from a four-year college or university.
  2. Minimum experience of 5 years in marketing, design and digital communications.
  3. An equivalent combination of professional experience and education may be considered as meeting the experience requirement.
  4. Design and digital communications experience required.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Promote and practice the mission and core values of the Tidewell Foundation and follow policies and procedures of the organization.
  2. Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audiences for the Foundation and its programs.
  3. Provide creative direction, vision and new creative ideas from concept through deliverable for all marketing and communications projects.
  4. Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the other members of the team.
  5. Provide creative direction in partnership with other team members and corporate partners including the development of Magazine and Newspaper Ads, storyboards, sketches and rough edits.
  6. Responsible for the management of multiple projects, providing direction and expectations for tasks and deliverables as necessary.

Location & Travel:
This on-site role is based in Sarasota, FL, with regular travel to other locations.
