This role supports patients in The Villages and, if desired, surrounding areas of Ocala, Marion, Lake, and Sumter counties. This PRN opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact by helping patients improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive function.

What you'll Do
- Provide skilled speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders, the plan of care, and regulatory standards
- Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments, including required OASIS assessments
- Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families on swallowing safety, dietary consistency, and communication strategies
- Support cognitive, sensory-motor, language, and memory development through individualized therapeutic interventions

What You'll Need
- Graduate of an accredited program meeting certification requirements for ASHA, or actively progressing toward certification
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- One (1) year of home health experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-education skills
