Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide nursing services aligned with your training and experience.
- Educate patients, families, and facility staff as directed by physicians and protocols.
- Supervise and guide care to ensure adherence to care plans.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved nursing program with a current Florida RN license.
- BSN or MSN preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (2 years preferred); hospice or home care experience a plus.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Certification.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
