Hospice of Marion County-Annual Gifts Manager

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evaluate the annual campaign with the Executive Director, setting goals and strategies for donor outreach.
  • Manage donor recognition programs and maintain the Memorial and Honoree program.
  • Oversee HMCF’s social media accounts to promote our initiatives.
  • Plan and implement HMCF-hosted events, including sponsorship outreach and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors through personalized communication and stewardship.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 5–7 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or public relations.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or community engagement, along with social media proficiency.
  • Strong public speaking skills and knowledge of local philanthropic communities.
