Foundation Administrative Coordinator

What We’re Looking For:

✔ High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
✔ 3+ years of experience in healthcare, nonprofit administration, public relations, or a related field.
✔ Proficiency in CRM databases, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and familiarity with Canva, Adobe, and Paint is a plus!
✔ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Valid Florida driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Gift Processing & Data Management (60%)

  • Accurately enter and manage donations, pledges, and non-monetary contributions.
  • Ensure timely donor acknowledgments and oversee credit card gift processing.
  • Maintain data integrity and generate reports for donor cultivation and financial reconciliation.

📌 Executive Administrative Support (40%)

  • Assist the Executive Director with administrative tasks, board meetings, and donor relations.
  • Support fundraising events, community initiatives, and special programs.
  • Coordinate contracts, agreements, and meeting logistics.
