Inpatient Hospice CNA
Apply Job ID INPAT012449 Date posted 12/02/2025Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated CNA to work with us at our Care Center in Delray Beach while providing exceptional care on the following schedule: 7:00am – 7:30pm and every other weekend.

What you'll Do
- Provides direct and indirect patient care in an inpatient or outpatient setting under the direction of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Must assist residents with activities of daily living, provide for personal care, comfort, and assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of inpatient residents.
- Must also provide and maintain bodily and emotional comfort to Hospice patients/families and to educate and assist the patient/family in maintaining the maximum level of independent living in a safe environment.

What You'll Need
- Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- Six months’ experience working in hospital or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Must be willing to accept direction and supervision.
- Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
- Must be able to work comfortably with professionals and volunteers.
- Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.
