The Crisis Care Scheduler provides communication, resource and scheduling support to the Crisis Care Team to insure quality and continuity of care for all patients.

• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years scheduling and/or administrative experience in hospice or related field preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills, including time management, multi tasking and prioritizing
• Exhibit self direction, independent judgment, discretion and ability to work with multiple teams
• Strong computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Suncoast Solutions and Outlook, and the capability to learn additional software as needed
• Medical terminology background preferred
