Culture Strategist

Empath Health is currently seeking a Culture Strategist to join our team.

The mission of this role is to enhance Empath Health's organizational culture by developing and implementing innovative strategies that foster colleague engagement, inclusivity, and alignment with Empath’s Full Life Care mission. As Culture Strategist, you will shape initiatives that build community, improve the colleague experience, and integrate cultural values across teams. By leveraging colleague insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will promote a culture of empathy, resilience, and growth, thereby contributing to Empath Health’s goals of engagement, retention, and high-performance teams.

The Culture Strategist:

  • Elevate colleague engagement and inclusion through targeted programs and initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive workplace.
  • Strengthen colleague trust and loyalty by creating transparent communication strategies that promote a shared understanding of Empath’s mission.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cultural values into onboarding, development, and performance management processes.
  • Utilize data and analytics to continuously refine culture strategies and assess program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, communications, or related area required.
  • 3-5 years of experience with direct responsibility for culture strategy, engagement programs, or organizational development.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in AP Style.
  • Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Office, survey tools, and data analytics software recommended.
  • Ability to conduct long-range strategic planning and successfully execute culture initiatives.
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
