What You’ll Do
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team through collaboration, innovation, and inclusion
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure brand consistency across campaigns, projects, and communications
• Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive community engagement and reach underserved populations
• Leverage digital platforms, data, and analytics to measure campaign success and refine strategies for maximum ROI
• Champion Empath’s mission through communications that engage patients, families, colleagues, and the wider community
Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of brand management experience in an agency or in-house setting
• Expertise in campaign management, creative development, team leadership, and ROI measurement
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance coverage
